Vocal Mixing commissions
Vocal mixing involves 4 main steps 1) timing 2) tuning 3) mixing 4) mastering. If you've ever wanted to start making a song cover, are a beginner, or want something affordable, feel free to look around!
Guidelines (as of 03/02/26)
1. I will only accept vocals that are A) mostly on pitch and on time B) As little noise as possible C) No peaking/clipping D) No effects added. I will not ask for rerecords.
2. Have a separate track for overlapping vocals.
3. Wav files rendered in 48kHz/32-bit
4. Prices reflect a 3 to 4 minute song, with 1 main vocal, 1 adlib if applicable and 2 harmony tracks (and any overlap tracks as appropriate). Longer songs, additional tracks and complex songs will come with an additional fee.
5. Label your files properly. (Mains, Mains overlap, harmonies, adlibs, doubles)
6. Submit any vocal/harmony guides you used. This will ensure the time and tune is in line with what you expect.
7. Up to 2 revision rounds. I will give you updates at the end of the time/tuning phase and the end of the mixing phase. Make sure that you include all feedback when you ask for a revision.WHAT I DO:
1) I will only mix the vocals you submit with the instrumental you submit in a way that fits the feeling of the song and will also use the original track as a reference.WHAT I DON'T DO
1) I will not create artificial vocals from scratch
2) I will not do more complex effects like vocal chops
3) I will not mix individual instrumental stems
Payment and Processing
1. All prices are in USD($). Payment is via Paypal unless requested otherwise.
2. Full payment must be made upfront.
3. Price may increase depending on complexity of song and vocals
4. I have the right to decline a commission if the project scope or complexity is beyond my current ability, if the vocals are wildly off key and off time, or for any personal reasons.
5. Delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
6. Payment is non-refundable once the mixing process has started. Payment is refundable if 1) work hasn't been done to your order yet and 2) I am unable to fulfill your commission due to personal reasons/emergencies.
